Jackson Georges- Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti.  Son of a prominent Haitian artist, Duclavier Georges (Leconte).  Jackson  is an accomplished artist.  He started painting and sculpting at the age of 7.  Jackson attended Foyer Des Arts Plastics, a fine Haitian Art School.  In U.S.A. Jackson attended City College where he majored in Architectural Design.  Jackson has been teaching art in the Public School system for over two years. He is currently working on a Master's Degree in Art Education at City Collge of the City University of New York.  Jackson is a freelance interior and furniture designer. 

He uses all types of mediums such as wood, marble, metal, leather, stone, water color collage, acrylic and oil on canvas.  His style is influenced by his father's modern and surrealistic sculptures.  His works have also been on exhibit at leading art galleries throughout Haiti, at World Trade Art Gallery, The United Nations, and Mehu Gallery in the United States and in several private exhibitions.  Jackson's paintings and sculptures are in private collections in Haiti, U.S.A. and several caribbean and european countries.

Emmanuel Sanon (Ti Manno), the Haitian hero, congratulated by Dino Zoff, the Italian superstar goal keeper after the historical match in at the Olympiadion in Munich, W. German. It was the Soccer World Cup Competition (FIFA 1974). June 15, 1974: Haiti 1- Italy 0 (after 46 minutes) - Ti Manno of Haiti was the first soccer player to penetrate the virgin nets of Dino Zoff. Haiti shocked the world. Zoff managed to keep his net immaculate, and was believed to be invincible from 1972 until Ti Manno put an end to that myth on June 15, 1974.
